Vitamin D is essential for healthy growth and development in infancy and childhood especially for bone growth and muscle strength.

The American Academy of Pediatrics advises that infants who are breastfed are wholly or partially breastfeeded with supplements with 400 IU of vitamin D per day.
How to use

For infants under one year: One drop is placed on the mother's nipple or on a clean surface such as a washed finger or pacifier and let the baby absorb it for at least 30 seconds. Or mix the daily drop with milk, juice or other food.
